Jo Anne is founder and Principal of J.A.R. Moeller, LLC. She leads her firm in providing management guidance on compensation and benefit program design and execution within the context of a Total Rewards Program. She advises and provides outsourcing support to companies of various sizes with both domestic and international operations.

Jo Anne is a Senior Fellow with The Conference Board, Human Capital Institute and author of the paper, AI in Executive Compensation. She also serves as the Program Director for The Conference Board, Sales Compensation Leaders Council. Jo Anne actively works with The Conference Board in developing content for conferences and is a speaker on Total Rewards topics. She has over 20 years of experience leading global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS departments at Fortune 500 companies.

Consulting and employment experience includes work with companies such as Ulta, Etsy, Indeed, Spirit Airlines, Office Depot, John Deere, Zimmer Holdings and Northern Trust.

She is active in the non-profit community and currently serves on The Dryfoos School of the Arts Foundation and Wunder’s Cemetery. She is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and holds a B.S. in economics from Western Michigan University and a M.S. in Public Administration from DePaul University.
