Orchestrating data from your actuaries and vendors to assess the alignment of your benefit programs with targeted value delivery and cost management. Annual review of programs for adjustment in plan design and/or employee cost is done within the context of a total rewards framework.

Management of annual processes such as merit salary review, bonus payouts, deferred compensation elections or open enrollment.
HR System Implementations
Leading the project plan to implement a new HR System with a focus on ensuring that any manual portion of the process is included in the update. Project includes steps for communications, training and review of HR policies for potential update.
