Our goal is to maximize the value of your human resource program through improved alignment of programs, employees, and vendors with your organization’s mission. In a newly formed or merged company, resources can be provided until the permanent staff is put in place.

Our relationship begins with an initial assessment of the specific need or an evaluation of opportunities to maximize the value from a human resource program either in design or execution.

We then determine the work plan to create additional value. Roles have varied from acting as the outsourced Compensation Manager, creating an improved or new compensation and benefits function, leading HR process improvement in connection with a new HRIS system to executing specific individual projects. Our clients are typically long-term as we become an integrated resource to the organization.
