Jo Anne Moeller, founder and principal of J.A.R. Moeller LLC, will lead the panel “Knowledge Speaks, But Wisdom Listens: Working Well With Others.” She leads her firm in advising company management and Board Compensation Committees on compensation and benefit program design and execution within the context of a total rewards program. Her clients range from IPOs to established Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding her firm, Jo Anne had over 20 years of experience as the global head of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS at Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. She speaks frequently on human resource and compensation issues, including presentations at World at Work Conferences, the Cleveland Area Compensation Association, Corporate Benefits Conference, and the AYCO Conference. Jo Anne is a retired U.S. Navy Commander, holds a B.S. in Economics from Western Michigan University and an M.S. in Public Administration from DePaul University.
